Return & Refund
🧾 1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for personal care, cosmetic, underwear, or customized items (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Refunds are not available for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repair.
🚚 2. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days at [your support email or WhatsApp number] with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos or videos of the item showing the issue
- Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and a pickup address (if applicable).
- Send the item back through a trackable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P, Pakistan Post).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa/JazzCash
- Or, in the case of Cash on Delivery orders, a store credit may be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

- Exchange will be subject to stock availability.
