1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure fairness, our return policy is divided based on the type of product you purchased:
🍯 For Honey Products (Pure Small Bee & Big Bee Honey)
Due to the perishable nature of pure honey, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged or leaked during transit.
- You received the wrong product or weight (e.g., ordered 2kg, received 1.5kg).
- Important: The inner safety seal must remain unbroken. For hygienic reasons, opened jars cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a proven quality defect.
📚 For Quran & Islamic Accessories
For physical items such as Holy Qurans, Tasbihs, Janamaaz, or gift sets, returns are accepted if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
- You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
2. Damage or Issues During Delivery (Highly Recommended to Check)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your honey jar is cracked, leaked, or if your accessories are damaged, take a quick photo or video immediately and contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will dispatch a free replacement package to you without any extra delivery charges.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We like to keep things simple for our customers across Pakistan. Follow these simple steps:
1.Contact Our Support Team:Within 3 days.
Send us a message on WhatsApp at [Insert Your WhatsApp Number] or email us at [Insert Your Business Email] with your Order ID and photos/videos of the issue.
2.Approval Confirmation:24 to 48 Hours.
Our team will review your request. Once verified and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
3.Pack and Ship the Item:Customer Action.
Carefully pack the item in its original condition. Ship it back to our fulfillment center in Nowshera, Pakistan using any traceable local courier (such as TCS, Leopard, or M&P).
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged product).
4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your return package is received at our facility and inspected, we will notify you via SMS/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately through one of the following methods:
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Bank Transfer (IBAN): Processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Store Credit: We can issue a digital coupon code of the exact amount to use on your next purchase instantly.
Please note that original shipping fee charges are non-refundable.
